From Macau Ferry Terminal, you can take the free shuttle bus to New Lisboa, then walk along Avenida Do Infante D Henrique towards north for 5-10 minutes to Avenida de D. João IV, you will find a lane. You can find the Margaret's Cafe at the lane.
