Hi, Margaret, if you are a UK citizen and you apply from the UK, the charges are the same no matter where do you apply. Of course, the premise is that you are not using an agent.
I personally think the three CVASC offices are all for your choice, but if you apply from the CVASC office in London, you have to make an online appointment and there may be more applicants.0
