About:Chinese Embassy in Venezuela

Visa for me and my 14 years old daughter.We live in Margarita Island.

Hi,
We like to visit China in this coming vacation. I can see things had changed a little since the last time I asked. We will ask my friend who lives in Caracas to submit our applications. He will have:
Applications with photos
Copies of plane tickets.
Hotel reservations
Deposit receipts from bank
Passports ?
Do I have to give him our passports to bring to the Embassy ?Copies is not ok ?

Original passports are needed for the application. Why are you afraid of giving him your passport after you decide to entrust him to submit your application?
