Question

Hi, me and my boyfriend is planning to go to China on mid January to mid February. However, I'm reading that it will be too cold. I'm planning to visit Tiger Leaping Gorge, Xi'an aside from the the main cities. Also, is it difficult to go around during the Chinese New Year? Would you suggest that we just re-schedule our trip some other time?Thanks!
