TOURIST VISA REQUIREMENTS in London as a South African Passport holder.

I intend to travek to hong kong for a wedding in December. I have a South African Passport, and am currently living in the uk. Where and how do I go about applying for a tourist visa? Is there any embassy here in London that can help me with this?
