guangzhou/shantou/quanzhou, fujian/guangzhou

Hello, I will have flight to Guangzhou from Istanbul. After that I will go to Shantou. I will visit two or three companies in Shantou. After that I will go to Quanzhou, Fujian. And then I have to come back to Guangzhou. I have only one week. Please advice me how can I make a travel plan ?

From Guangzhou to Shantou, you can take train and the train journey is about 6-7 hours. From Shantou to Quanzhou, you can take long-distance bus. It takes about 4-5 hours. From Quanzhou to Guangzhou, you can choose to take flight which only takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
