Is Shenzhen Bay a good windy spot for water wind sports windsurfing and kiting ?

Hi, I want to move there, can you tell me if Shenzhen Bay is a good windy spot for water wind sports windsurfing and kiting ? Can you tell me the windy cycles, like do you have several days a month when it is 30 mph winds or 20-30 mph winds? Thanks Kevin

Gerenally speaking, there is not place for you to do water wind sports there in Shenzhen Bay. Parks and sports center are built around it. And I am sorry that it is hard to tell you the windy circles in Shenzhen Bay.

Today would have been a good day, but I doubt the authorities will let you surf around the fishermen.
