About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore
Can I apply the visa at the embassy instead of at the centre in Raffles Place. The fees are
double levied at the Centre which I have checked.

Chinese Embassy in Singapore does not accept all walk-in applications of Chinese Ordinary Visa. They only accept applications with online appointment. So, you can visit the embassy website to make an appointment. Then, bring along the receipt of appointment to Chinese Embassy for your visa application.
