About:Chinese Embassy in Netherlands
i am going to fukuoka in japan ,i am a dutch citizen.can i apply for chinese visa in japan?

You can apply for a China tourist visa in Japan if you have a long term Japanese visa for more than 6 months. However, I have met many others who get their visa from Chinese embassy with the Entry Record for Japan on passport only. So, you can have a try to apply in person or apply through a travel agency if necessary.0
