About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I need advice for getting X visa in Bangkok

Is it possible to get X visa from Chinese Embassy in Bangkok ? I have all supporting documents , I shoud apply to Embassy or Agency , which one is faster ?
Citizenship: Uzbekistan

how to get there from airport ? is there any hotel ? is it safe place over there ?

Normally, you should apply for the visa from your home country unless you are living or working in a third country. You should go to the embassy to apply for your visa in person or entrust a travel/visa agent. You can call the embassy directly to know about the transportation by 0066-2-2457043, 2457044

is possible to change L to F or X visa without leaving China ?
I have L visa now , and recently admitted by Xiamen University , Can I change without leaving Xiamen ? and I have also Business Invitation letter from authorized state organ for F Visa . Can I Change My L visa without leaving China

I would say if the school administration of Xiamen University is willing to offer a hadn to you, then it;s possible for you to change your L visa to F visa without exiting China.
