Student VISA for a Colombian living here

I'm Colombian and living in Thueringen-Germany as Master Program student. I have to go to Shanghai to study abroad semester in september. I already have the admission letter from the University and the JW202 format filled by the university as well. What additional documents should I present? Can I go to any Chinese consulate in Germany? -For example Frankfurt (which is the closest to my University). Thanks

yes, you can submit your application to Chinese consulate in Frankfurt with your Student residence permit. Except your JW202 and admission letter, you need to prepare your passport, application form, one passport photo, and Physical examination record.

I can't find in the official website what specific medical exams/records. The visa is for less than 6 months and it might be not-necessary? Thanks in advance.
