Visa Application at the Embassy in Ottawa, Canada

I have some questions
1-How much does it cost for a visa?
2-Do you accept cash or credit card?
3-Do we need an appointment to apply for a visa?
4-Can we bring the applications for our group without evryone being present? Application will be filled out and signed including canadian passport
5-How long does it take before we can return to pick up our passports and chinese visa?
6-Can we include a prepaid express courrier envelope instead of picking it up in person after it is processed?
7-Do all 4 of us have to be present to pick up our documents (passports and visa)?

P.S. I am unable to reach them by phone, there is no answer. I also sent an e-mail and they haven't responded
