Winter 2018-19 holiday hours in Ottawa?

I will be applying for a Z over the winter holiday in Ottawa (Dec-Jan); I will need to submit documents in late December and early January.

What are your December and January hours?

Business Hours of the CVASC in Ottawa: Monday-Friday(except Chinese and Canadian public holidays on December 25 and December 26. Application Submission: 9:00AM to 3:00PM (Urgent Application Submission: 9:00AM to 11:30AM)
