Can I get it done at the authentication center in Ottawa?

I live in Ste. Adele QC. Do I need to have my diploma and criminal record check notorized and authenticated in Montreal or can I get it done at the authentication center in Ottawa? It is free in Ottawa

Heidi, it is possible for you to get it done at Chinese Embassy in Ottawa.

And because I live in Quebec, the Chinese Embassy in Montreal will accept that it was authenticated in Ottawa? I had information saying otherwise so I want to make sure before having to do everything twice. Thank you

Sorry, I just re read your message. I need my papers authenticated in Canada first, can I get those done in Ottawa at Service Canada's authentication office on Sussex? Will the Chinese Embassy in Montreal accept them if they were authenticated in Ottawa and brought to Montreal?

Sorry, I don't want to get them authenticated at the Chinese embassy in Ottawa. I first need them authenticated in Canada but if I get them authenticated at Service Canada office on Sussex in Ottawa will the Montreal Chinese embassy accept them?
