what is the jurisdiction for the Portuguese Embassy in Beijing

Their jurisdiction should be Hebei, Henan, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Tianjin, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Sichuan and others. Except Mongolia, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Jiangxi.
