Visa application confirmation - Urgent

Sinpapore passport holders don't need a visa to China for sightseeing, visiting friends, business and other minor personal affairs for less than 15 days. Your kids flight will arrive at 1805 on 6th June 2012, so it will be later when they go through the immigration to enter China. And the leaving flight is 1910 on 21st June, but they should enter the airport at least one hour in advance. Thus, I don't think they will overstay in China, so no need to apply for any visa.

Thanks for your speedy reply. I understand that visa to China is not required if the stay is less than 15 days. But just to be sure as I don't want to have any nasty surprise later on, if I were to do my own calculation from the date they reach Shanghai 6th June till the day they leave Shanghai to Singapore on 21st June (both dates inclusive), I got 16 days and not 15 days. Is my calculation not correct ? Not doubting your confirmation but just to be assured that there isnt any mis communication here.

Although From 6th June 1805hrs to 21st June 1910hrs, there is actually 15 days plus 65 minutes, if your kids enter the airport 65 minutes or a few hours ahead of the boarding time, they will not overstay in China.So no visa is needed.
