Can I get Visa on arrival in GZ ?

I am applying for Australian visa at the moment and due to the peak season it takes longer than I thought it should be, and I'm planning to go to guangzhou on thursday, bought the air tickets but have got no time to apply for visa yet. Is it possible to apply visa on arrival in guangzhou? I've been to china couple of times before. Thank you
