Hong Kong visa only allows one to visit Hong kong, not other places of China. However, Philippines passport holders can visit Macau for up to 30 days without a Macau visa. So if your visit to Macau will be less than 30 days, you can go just with your Philippines passport, no need to apply for a Macau visa in advance.
