About:Chinese Embassy in France

Visa enquiries

Hello, we are students here in France from different countries and we plan to do an internship in Beijing, China this summer. we want to know if we can apply as a group or on individual basis. we also want to know if only one invitation letter is ok for everyone.

What are the requirements that we need to obtain our visas from the embassy in Paris?

Thanks for your reply.

if you will do internship together in the same unit(enterprise, company, school, etc.) in China, you may just apply for a China group visa and one invitation letter will be enough.

You should apply for the visa from the China Visa Application Service Center with the documents below:
1. your passport with over 6 months validity and more than 2 blank pages left
2. completed visa application from affixed with a recent-taken passport standard photo (thrid countries citizens rather than French have to fill and submit the supplementary visa application form V2011B as well)
3. two-way air tickets
4. invitation of a duly authorized Chinese unit or confirmation of invitation
5. non-French have to provide original and copy of residence permit in France
6. proof of internship by the Chinese unit(enterprise, company, school, etc.) in China
