I am Colombian and I get a U.S. visa for tourism, who helps me?

I want to know specific places like Battle Creek, Gorham, Maine, related to Adventist schools, please ask for your help, anyway, is my dream, thanks

I think you may ask help from some travel companies of US. This is not within the business scope of any embassy or consulate.
