About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana

visa notice and introduction letter

my friend in China does not understand this, cause he said its not needed.my invite is ok, but how do i explain to him, he cant speak English well.he is in yantai now. where does he go to get that letter, if u can send a sample to me so i show him.this my first time traveling for a visit.

I think you mean 'visa notice' & 'Invitation letter' in fact. The visa notice is only requied for China F & Z visa application, and has been substituted by the "Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit" or "Confirmation Letter of Invitation" from January 1st, 2011.

If you go to China for visiting a friend in China, a private invitation letter from your friend there will be ok.
