About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

hello po! Im overstay in china before, and my chinesse friend want me to come and visit him?

he ask me to come and visit china again, can i get tourist visa even I am overstay in china before?

It all depends on the China embassy or consulate in your country. You should consult the visa offier about this.

Hi;
yes you can get a china visa.. as long as the immigration officer ddi not stamped your passport "banned" youc an still apply for a tourist visa.. i was overstayed before.. and i payed the penalty and got another tourist visa.
