The best way is to take train from Guangzhou East Railway Station to Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong and then take MTR East Rail Line to Mong Kok East. Exit out from B and walk about several minutes to waterloo Rd, they will find your hotel. The train fare is HK$190(Adult)/HK$95 (Children) and it takes about 2 hours. Well, the MTR fare is HK$3.5 and it takes about 5 minutes.
