i am a filipino citizen with a valid us visa. can i get a visa on arrival in shenzhen?

I will make sure that I have a round trip ticket and a hotel reservation when I fly from the Philippines.My purpose of going there is to do an Equipment Installation in Texas Instruments Semiconductor Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.  Address Locality:  Shenzhen Special Economic Zone 201203. What do I need to do here to ensure I can get a Visa on Arrival before flying there?
