About:China Embassy in Thailand

USA citizen visit to Bangkok and would to go to China.

1. Can he ask for visa at Chinese Ambassay?
2. How much for apply for single entry ?
3. He need to bring any document to show at Embassy.
4. How long to approve ?
5. After approve, how long to stay
6. Can he download application form from website or need to fill in form at Embassy

1. He can try to apply for China visa at Chinese embassy in Bangkok.
2. For USA applicants, it costs 4560 Bahts for all kinds of China visa, single entry visa, double entry visa or multiple entry visa.
3. he need to bring his passport, one passport photo, fill in visa application form V.2011A and supplementary visa application form V.2011B online and then print them out, round-trip flight tickets booking and hotel booking
4. it takes 4 working days for processing
5. A single entry visa is valid for 3 months counted from the date of issue, you have to enter China during the 3 months, otherwise, the visa expires, it generally permit holders to stay in China for 30 days.
6. The Application Form must be fully completed on a computer and clearly printed out except that the signature should be hand written. Altered forms or hand written forms will not be accepted.
