can i apply for an australian student visa from here in china?

iam from nambia iam a a student here in china but i want to transfer to australia so i want to apply for an australian student visa can i do it all here or do i have to go back to namibia

Yes, you may just apply for the Australia Student visa from the Australia Embassy in Beijing, no need to go back to your home country.
