In the end of May( 22nd - 23rd of May) I would have a business trip to China ( Bejing).

Which kind of visa and documents is necesary to apply for visa. Could I apply in Tokyo? Which kind of invitation letter You need(Company or government) . When I need to applay to get visa before my trip?
Thanks for your help.

You need to apply for a China business visa, you can try to apply for it in Tokyo, however, maybe your application will be denied because you are a tourist in Japan rather than a long-term resident.

The requirements are:
1. your Swedish passport
2. fill in visa application form V.2011A and Supplementary Visa Application Form V.2011B
3. one passport photo
4. the invitation letter from a government unit, such as Foreign Affairs Office
5. the valid Japan visa and its copy

Please apply for visa one month before your trip.
