About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

Can Consulate-General of P.R.China in Melbourne, Australia issue Hong Kong SAR Passports?

I called 03-98246450 this afternoon but nobody picked up the phone.
Please advise if Consulate-General of P.R.China in Melbourne, Australia can issue Hong Kong SAR Passports? If yes, please advise who in your office should we get contact with the application? If not, please advise which Australian office should we get contact with, Sydney, Canberra?
Thank you for your help.

Consulate-General of P.R.China in Melbourne does accept HK SAR passport application issues. You may contact Hong Kong Immigration Department to get the exact details through Tel: 00852-28241212Fax: 00852-28241133, since you can't get through the Melbourne China consulate.
