i want to know about overstayed visa for the sake of my filipina gf(asap pls.)

Greetings! i am a legal government employee(diplomat).I want to help my GF(i plan to marry).The time i met her she was unintentionally overstayed her visa(1yr and 6mos by now).Would it be possible that we will both go to Philippines in the condition that i will pay her fine and stay in Philippines then can she come back with me without any ban of her coming back to China again?

In my opinion, she has to take the responsibility of her overstay in Philippines, but you can go there to help to pay the fine oe offer some help to her.  I think after being fined or punished by the Immigration office of Philippines, there will be no other problems for her to exit philippines and return to China. Just take it easy. Everything can be solved finally.
