why your embaay dose not accept copy of invitation

You are right that you should apply for a China F business visa. The papers you need to provide include:
1. your original passport that is valid for at least another 6 months with at least one blank visa page and a photocopy of the passport's information/photo page.
2. China visa application form V2011A which is truthfully completed and signed and affixed with a recent, front view, in 48mm x33mm size photo without head covering
3. An InvitationLetter by a Duly Authorized Unit or a Confirmation Letter of Invitation issued by an authorized Chinese agency;
4. An invitationletter issued by the host company, meeting or exhibition organizers in China.
