About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Visa requirements for a sponsored tourist

I will go to shanghai for a business tour but I want to bring my mother, son and sister with me for 3days. I will be straying for 10 days with a business visa. I will sponsor all of their expenses. What will be their requirements to get a tourist visa. My mother is a retired senior citizen, my sister is an employee and my son is 2yrs old

Is the first time for them to come to Mainland China (not including Hong Kong, Macau)?

Please refer to https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa-application-philippines.htm to read the requirements for visa application, your mother, sister and son should provide the documents for first time applicants, your mother wnt to Macau last year rather than Mainland China, she is also regarded as a first time applicant.

thanks jim but my problem is, since i will be sponsoring for all of there expenses, can i just provide my business visa and my bank certificate instead of chinese residence (due i do not have this) further, my mother and sister can not provide these documents.thanks

Yes, just provide your bank certificate, sponsorship and letter of relationship, copy of your business visa and passport information page.
