You don't need to supply a letter indicating who will be paying for costs and salary while in China. If the Global Executive Team Meeting is a business meeting rather than a Meeting organized by a Chinese government unit or Sci-tech organization, it is classified as a business trip.

For general business activities, please provide a letter of invitation from a Chinese company/unit and letter of guarantee from an Australian company (neither the email letter or no stamp/ signature letter can be accepted)
