My mother-in-law attended Nankai School, 1937-1942. In 1975 she was living in Canada when my daughter was born here. Mom gave my daughter the Chinese name, Jailing. I wonder if there is a connection between my daughter's name, and the Jailing River. Mom also attended Lixin School of Commerce in North Spring, 1942-1944. Maybe the Jailing River was near there.
