securing china visa

Question

i'm planning to go to guangzhou this coming feb.25 to celebrate post valetine date with my wife. i've been to china 3 times already.namely, beijing,shanghai,shenzhen.i got my china visa through tour agencies. my question is, do i need to secure another requirement like getting nbi clearance,bank certificate,hotel voucher,returned tickets in order to get a china visa?

You don't need to secure the requirements, such as NBI clearance, Bank Certificate, but you still need to provide hotel voucher and returned flight tickets in order to get a China visa.
