where else can we apply for china visa aside from ottawa?

I am from Edmonton, Alberta and planning to go on tour to China ( Beijing and two other cities). A visa is required and would like to know where else can we apply for the visa aside from  Ottawa.

Edmonton, Alberta is under consular districts of China Consulate in Calgary, you need to apply China tourist visa through the Calgary consulate.
