can i get a Chinese visa in bangkok?i'm a filipina

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am filipina i just wanna ask if i can get a visa in Bangkok a chinese visa for 6 months or 12 months?

If you just a tourist visa in Thailand, your application maybe denied, if you work or reside in Thailand, you can apply for a 6 months or 12 months China visa in Bangkok.
