How to go to HK from Macau Airport?

I'm arriving Macau Airport around 8pm in 11 Feb 2012, and I'm heading to HK directly. May I know how should I go to ferry terminal from airport? Once I reach HK, where would I stop? I would like to go to Tshim Tsa Tsui, from the ferry terminal (not sure where would I be, Sheung Wan? or Kowloon area?), how to get to Tshim Tsa Tsui? Any nearby MRT? Or take bus? What is the fare for the ferry from Macau - HK? Please assist as this is the first time I'm travelling to Macau/HK alone. Thanks.
