About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

Can i apply a hong kong indentity card

My wife and I were born in hong kong and we have our birth certificate. Do you have service to obtain the smart ID card for us and how long would it take?

You can't obtain a smart ID card in Canada, if you apply for Hong Kong SAR passport and smart ID card together, you can do it in Canada, (China embassy in Ottawa or China consulate in Calagary, Toronto, Vancouver)
