About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

Does my passport have to be valid for 6 months if I am tavelling to Hong Kong and Macau

My passport expires in June of this year and I am going to Hong Kong and Macau for a week in mid January.

Your passport doesn't need to be vali dfor 6 months when you are travelling to Hong Kong and Macau, it is ok for you to travel to Hong Kong and Macau for a week in mid January if your passport expires in June.
