Apply for China visa in Hong Kong or at Shenzen port on arrival

sir . i am leaving to hk on monday night from bangalore with my family on tour conduted LG elctronic for 4 days i got the ticket on 24th and leaving on 27th very short to apply for visa to shanzhen but i booked the hotel in shenzhen on 30th Dec to 2nd Jan 2012 . i would like to take on arrival visa by paying requied fee at Hk or shenzhen rly station. can u suggest me what are the document require . i am carrying valid indian passport and we are 4 person and required finance. please suggest me . up to 30th i am hk and 2nd night i booked my return ticket to india.
