The invitation letter from a company in China is not sufficient for China businss visa application. The Chinese facotory or company also needs to get an official invitation letter from the local Foreign Affairs Office and send it to you. The official invitation letter is the most important document for business visa application.

Besides the invitation letter from a company or an invitation letter from the Foreign Affairs Office, you also need to prepare your passport, one passport photo, your company's business license and tax document, fill in visa application form V.2011A
