Can I renew my old Hong Kong ID to the current Smart Card (New Hong Kong ID

What are the documents I need to bring to your office and how long it will takes. What's the address and the office hours?

You can't renew your old Hong Kong ID to the current Smart Card (new Hong Kong ID), please return to Hong Kong to renew it through Hong Kong Immigration Department.
