I was ask by my friend to go to the Consular in Vancouver to have a certify copy of a Death certificate of his father stamped by the PRC to present to a Lawyer in HK. 1. where do I go in Vancouver to have this done?2. Is it OK to have a certify copy of the Death Certificate to be stamped?
