how to apply for a china visa if i cannot surrender my passport?

I really need to get a chinese visa fast.. but im a flight attendant..so i cannot surrender my passport because I need it in my flight duties.. how do i start?

I'm afraid you cannot get a visa without the passport. It won't take too long to get your visa and passport back once submitted to obtain the visa. It usually takes 4 working days to process a visa. If you want your passport back earlier, there is 2 working days process service offered. But you need to pay additionally for it.
