About:Chinese Consulate in Lagos

Does that means without invitation letter, Someone can not travel for holidays or business trip?

The point is i'm planning to travel to china for holidays during my annual leave and to also look out for busines i can i'll do. Buy goods and sell in nigeria

Yes, it means you can't travel to China for holidays or business trip without the invitation letter.
