About:Chinese Embassy in Indonesia

May i use the valid visa in old passport and bring both (old and new) passports when i visit China?

My visa is still valid meanwhile the pasport will expire in 5 months ahead. So i applly new passport. May i still use the valid visa in old pasport and bring both (old and new) passports when i visit China?
