About:How to Apply for a China Visa

how to come back to china if i was overstay for 3 years?

i was been in china for 3 years and i had a problem with my visa because of my agent but then i was over stay for 3 years but before i go out in china i pay for my penalty and now i want to come back to china again.now can i come back again in china?and one of the school want to employ what document should they will gave me to come back in china?thanks

I'm afraid that you can't come back to China because the record of overstay for 3 years in China. The school should send you the Alien Employment License and Invitation Letter of A Duly Authorized Unit for work visa application, then you need to make a physical examination and prepare all the requirements to submit them to the embassy. If the embassy issues a Z visa to you, it is still possible for you to enter China.
