HI , i leave in Mashhad and me and my wife have invitations to a conference held in December,as its difficult to travel to tehran to hand the applications to the chinese embassy we decided to directly post them to HongKong,all the documents are ready except for the payment which has to be in BANK DRAFT or CASHIER ORDER,what options do we have for that since there is no connected bank in Iran for obtaining Bank Draft for HK embassy?can we have someone in tehran do the payment by chinese embassy in there or what ? please guide us .thank you

If you post the application to Hong Kong directly, you have to make the payment to it. You can't ask someone in Tehran to do the payment by Chinese embassy in Tehran. If you post your application to your friend in Tehran, ask him to submit the Hong Kong visa application to the embassy, you can ask him to pay for the fee at the embassy.
