About:China Business Visa

i'm studying for 2 months at guangzhou uni of tcm do I need to fill up the supplementary application form?

Questions:

1. Do i still need to fill up the supplementary application form if i'm only studying for 2 months?
2. What does the phrase, "If someone else travelling with you shares the same passport." mean?

Because my brother and mother will go to China with me but only as tourists.. does this mean we still need to fill up the supplementary form because we are traveling together?

3. Do we have to show proof of booked hotel and flight along with other requirements for tourist visa and student visa?

Please enlighten me on this one. thanks! :)

1. If you are applying for an F visa, there is no need to fill up the visa application form V2011B. But if it is an X visa, you need to fill it up too.
2. Some newly-born babies don't have their own passports, but share one with the parent. Thus, the parent will be in the case "someone else travelling with you shares the same passport''. Your brother and mothere are only traveling together with you, not sharing the same passport with you.
3. As Philippines passport holders, you need to submit the related requirements listed on this page to obtain China visas: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa-application-philippines.htm
