I would like to visit China in2012 , what is the weather like in Jan, Feb, and March, i have  a US passport, do i need visa from Philippines to China?  I would like to see Great Wall of China, how many days do i need is one week enough?

Yes, you need visa to enter China. To see Great Wall, you should go to Beijing. Jan - Feb is the coldest period and March is better but windy, probably to have sand storm. There are several sections of wall that you can see around Beijing and one day for each place is enough. One week is quite enough and you can still visit other famous places in Beijing.
